Orders are dispatched within one working day, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
We send with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. After dispatch, Tracked 24 aims to arrive the next working day; Tracked 48 aims to arrive within two to three working days. These are delivery aims, not guarantees.

Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the mask back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours to cover, and we’ll email the return address once you’re in touch.
