About these terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases from Sleep With Aura through sleepwithaura.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sleep With Aura. You can contact us at hello@sleepwithaura.com or through our contact page.
Our shipping policy, returns policy and privacy policy explain delivery, cancellation and privacy in more detail. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Our products
We aim to describe and show our products accurately. Screens and lighting can affect the appearance of colour; this does not limit your rights if goods are not as described. Please check your selected colour, quantity and product details before placing an order. We will not substitute another colour without your agreement.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. The contract is formed when we confirm that we have accepted and dispatched it. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for it.
If an obvious pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you before accepting it so that you can choose whether to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund. We do not change an accepted order’s price without your agreement.
Prices and offers
Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes as displayed. Standard UK delivery costs £1.99 per order and is shown before payment. A promotion’s stated eligibility and conditions apply. Price and offer changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order. Buying at a discount does not reduce your statutory rights.
Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch within one working day, Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays, using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. After dispatch, Tracked 24 aims to arrive the next working day and Tracked 48 within two to three working days. These are delivery aims, not guarantees. Please see our shipping policy for full details.
We remain responsible for goods until you, or someone you have nominated, receives them, except where you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer. Unless we agree otherwise, your statutory rights concerning delivery within 30 days apply.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel before dispatch. For UK online purchases, you may also tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day your order arrives, then send the goods back within a further 14 days after notifying us. If goods from one order arrive separately, the cancellation period starts after the last item arrives. You do not need to give a reason. Contact hello@sleepwithaura.com to cancel or request return instructions.
You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. You may inspect the mask as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Where handling beyond that inspection reduces its value, we may deduct the actual loss in value where the law allows. Faulty or misdescribed goods retain their separate statutory protections, including reasonable return costs where required.
For a cancellation of the whole order, we refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, and will refund within 14 days of that point. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. See our returns policy for further details.
Using the website
Provide accurate order and contact information and keep account credentials secure. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, malware, unauthorised access or interference with its operation. Automated shopping tools must respect access controls and must not place unauthorised orders or misrepresent their authority.
Our website content, branding and images belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping. Other copying or commercial use requires permission where intellectual-property law requires it.
Shopify and other services
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform hosting this store. Your purchase is from Sleep With Aura, not Shopify. Linked third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. This does not remove our responsibility for performing our contract with you.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is processed in connection with the store. Optional marketing consent is separate from a purchase. The store’s privacy controls explain your available choices.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights concerning goods.
Products are supplied for domestic and private use. We do not accept liability for business losses arising from such consumer purchases.
Changes and applicable law
The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order. Updates apply to future use and orders and do not remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where they can operate lawfully.
Nothing in these terms removes the protection of mandatory laws or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
