Dispatch

We dispatch orders within one working day. Our dispatch working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Royal Mail tracked delivery

We send orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. After dispatch, Tracked 24 aims to arrive the next working day; Tracked 48 aims to arrive within two to three working days. These are delivery aims, not guaranteed arrival dates.

The service used for your parcel will be shown in your dispatch information. Tracking details will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Delivery destinations and charges

We currently offer UK delivery. Available delivery options and any charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. Standard UK delivery is free on qualifying orders of £50 or more.

If your delivery is delayed or missing

Please contact us with your order number if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. We will help resolve the issue with Royal Mail. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or someone you have nominated, receives them, except where you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer.

Unless we have agreed another delivery time with you, your statutory rights concerning delivery within 30 days apply. Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights.
