Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery destinations and charges

We currently deliver to the UK, EU countries, the United States and Canada. Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Standard shipping costs £7.99 to EU addresses and £9.99 to US or Canadian addresses, or the amount displayed in local currency. The destinations and final delivery charge available for your address are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times and tracking

Standard UK delivery typically takes two to four working days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of three to five working days including order processing. International delivery times vary by destination. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking details when available.

If your delivery is delayed or missing

Please email hello@sleepwithaura.com or use our contact page with your order number if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. We will help investigate the issue with the delivery provider. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or someone you have nominated, receives them, except where you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer.

For UK consumers, unless we have agreed another delivery time with you, your statutory rights concerning delivery within 30 days apply. Nothing in this policy limits your consumer rights.
